* build(ci): upgrade remaining checkout actions to v7 Upgrade every remaining workflow to actions/checkout v7.0.1 using the verified immutable SHA. This aligns Agents, Agents UI, optional local dev, Open Knowledge Skills, and Visimer with the existing monorepo and Open Knowledge workflows. All affected jobs use compatible GitHub-hosted runners. * test(ci): guard action pins across workflow trees Pin the remaining mutable action references and add a repo-wide check that prevents nested workflows from drifting. Refresh the CI guidance and checkout example to match the enforced versions. * test(ci): cover composite action pins Extend the repo-wide action pin guard to composite action definitions and pin the agents-ui setup actions to immutable releases.
