The shot card's fixed-seed checkbox and the take recipe's seed line are gone for creators; admins still see the seed. Stored seeds and the API's seed field are unchanged.

* Creators no longer see or set seeds (owner 2026-11-01) The shot card's fixed-seed checkbox and the take recipe's seed line are gone for creators; admins still see the seed. Stored seeds and the API's seed field are unchanged, so an explicit seed still pins a job to our own fleet (hosted models ignore seeds). * Web snapshot manifest for the seed UI change (inkseq/inkseq-design#363)
