Refs inkseq/h3-studio#964. A button in the selected-shots bar, shown only when enhance is on. It plans each shot's current take for both tiers up front, shows the total in the usage bar, leaves out takes that can't be enhanced and says so, and clears the selection once they start. A failure part way says how many started.
