Events should be able to be signaled, waited upon, and destroyed before ending graph capture without affecting the recorded state. This PR adds an explicit test for this behavior. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

This PR adds a test that SYCL events may be destroyed during native recording without interfering with the recorded state.
