• put source-linked Engineering evidence directly after the introduction
• replace maturity-first project-map labels with repository roles
• separate demonstrated public components from target architecture
• keep the original early-stage disclaimer intact in a lower Development Status section
• add a factual More than a token layer section and explicit upstream boundaries
• fix organization-profile links that GitHub previously rendered as duplicated, broken paths
• add a source-based audit of all 41 public repositories and a quality-filtered pin recommendation
• extend community validation to the audit

No license, security reporting route, or upstream attribution is removed. This PR makes no production-readiness claim. Public source does not yet prove version-bound IPI block production or EVM/CosmWasm execution, so those claims remain explicitly unmade. GitHub exposes organization pins for reading but no supported REST/GraphQL mutation; the audit records the exact manual order.
