Hi. Did you write this yourself, or was it AI-generated? I ask because a simple PR to fix this issue would just copy the release notes from each release, but your rendition includes non user facing changes and is mostly reworded. |

This PR aims to add a new changelog file to Asphalt, so that users can easily check what notable changes have been made between releases.
This hopefully will close #69, if merged.
