What

GEO and star-growth assets for GitHub Risers. Docs/site only: no change to tools/, generated files, workflows, README*.md, tools/i18n.py or render_readme.py.

Changes

• GitHub Pages landing (docs/): English + 简体中文 pages with JSON-LD (Dataset, SoftwareSourceCode, FAQPage), FAQ, canonical + hreflang, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, .nojekyll. Static, no JS, no telemetry.
• llms.txt: root file refreshed and a copy at docs/llms.txt (served at /llms.txt).
• CITATION.cff (dataset, MIT, author alias only).
• docs/FACTS.md, docs/FAQ.md: quotable facts, method, update schedule, limits.
• Community files: CONTRIBUTING, CODE_OF_CONDUCT, SECURITY, issue forms (suggest project / ranking bug), PR template.
• .github/social-preview.png 1280x640, text + gradient only. GitHub has no API for this: upload it by hand in Settings → Social preview.
• tests/test_repo.py: the zero-telemetry scan now ignores inert <script type="application/ld+json"> blocks (JSON-LD). Every other tracker string is still forbidden.

Before / after merging

Pages currently publishes from this PR branch so the site is live for review. After merge (and before deleting the branch) switch the source: Settings → Pages → Branch main, folder /docs, or gh api -X PUT repos/jammyfu/github-risers/pages -f 'source[branch]=main' -f 'source[path]=/docs'. If the branch is deleted first, the site goes offline.
