Chat-Application

A simple chat socket application created using Socket IO Nodejs framework

Requirements

Nodejs should be installed on the system of the user

Installation

1. Clone the repository
2. Open command prompt and navigate to the Chat-Application directory.
3. run npm install to install necessary dependencies

Usage

1. Open command prompt and navigate to the Chat-Application directory.
2. Run node index.js
3. Open your browser
4. Type into the address bar localhost:3000 and start messaging
