- The nightly govulncheck fails on master: Go 1.27.2 is affected by GO-2026-6809 in crypto/x509, which the agent reaches through client.NGTSClient.PostDataReadingsWithOptions. - make upgrade-klone picks up Go 1.27.3 from cert-manager/makefile-modules#781, plus new base-static and base-static-csi digests and minor tool bumps. The nightly govulncheck workflow fails on master (run 39701160061). This PR fixes it by upgrading Go to 1.27.3.
Go 1.27.2 is affected by GO-2026-6809 (CVE-2026-111943, "Distrust compromised intermediate certificates" in
crypto/x509). govulncheck finds that the agent reaches it fromclient.NGTSClient.PostDataReadingsWithOptions. Go 1.27.3 fixes it.make upgrade-klonepicks up Go 1.27.3 from cert-manager/makefile-modules#781. It also changes the release images: newbase-staticandbase-static-csidigests. It also bumps vault v2.1.1 to v2.1.2, kustomize v5.8.2 to v5.8.3, syft v1.54.0 to v1.54.1, and openapi-gen.How I tested it
