Settings are declared once in SettingsRegistry and rendered by an exhaustive SettingContent. Panels are grouped by where a setting takes effect: Account, Article List, Reader, Display & Appearance, Notifications, Advanced, and About. General and Gestures are gone. The settings list gains a search field; results show their path and jump to the row with a brief highlight. Design notes are in technotes/Settings.md.
