"Spela reggae" and playlist requests always failed. Sök musik and
Spela musik only handled artists, albums and songs, and playlists hit
another Spotify development-mode restriction: the tracks of a playlist you
don't own come back as playlists/…/items not found. That applies to public
playlists from search and to playlists you follow ("Best Techno 2026").

• Genres and moods: Spela musik gets type genre, which queues the top
  25 tracks from Spotify's genre:"…" search filter. Search is still allowed
  in development mode. The model translates a mood into a genre, for example
  "lugn musik" becomes "chill".
• Playlists: Sök musik lists three of your own library playlists, since
  only those play, and Spela musik accepts type playlist.
• Exact artist: Sök musik adds exakt_artist when an artist has exactly
  the name asked for. "Spela Skriet" used to get "Menade du låten Skriet av
  Lars Winnerbäck?" even though the band Skriet was the top hit.

The prompt changes are runtime settings; the docs now contain the updated
prompt and the playlist restriction.

Tested in the kitchen with the Voice PE's context, speaker muted: reggae,
lugn musik, jazz, the playlist "Al Green", Skriet, Bob Marley, Dolly Style
and Bruce Springsteen all play. "Poly Style" still gets "Menade du Poly
Styrene?", which is correct. Genre results are only as clean as Spotify's
genre tags: "jazz" opened with a track that isn't jazz.
