Install qemu-efi-aarch64 so ARM64 QEMU jobs can load /usr/share/qemu-efi-aarch64/QEMU_EFI.fd with the -bios option. Signed-off-by: Yogesh Lal <yogesh.lal@oss.qualcomm.com>
Add qemu_arm64_acpi to select UEFI firmware and append acpi=force only for ARM64 QEMU jobs. Build the LAVA context per job so shared platform settings and existing extra options are preserved.
