claude-sonnet-5's introductory pricing ($2/M in, $10/M out, shown(2×)) expires 2026-08-31; standard pricing ($3/$15,(3×)) begins September 1. This PR flips the model tosonnetCost/multiplier: 3and updates the README table, pricing paragraph,test-config-models.tsassertions, and the AGENTS.md reminder.Checks at staging time: typecheck clean, 256/256 tests pass.
Merge plan: rebase if needed, merge ~Aug 31, release as a patch (v0.10.x). Closes #22 on merge.
