- Removed cloudsmith_url_aviate dependency from killbill-cloud.
- Aviate jar is now downloaded and provided by aws-marketplace.
- For ECS, added invoking the install plugin script.
…o longer automatically loaded.

Aside from CI issues, could you make sure you try it out and verify you can use aviate.killbill.io against the deployment - go through onboarding flow.
