Adds the opt-in remote-source-cache-command input. The body runs it after the install, reads cacheable, key and paths from its step outputs, and restores and saves those paths with actions/cache under the exact key. Both steps skip unless cacheable is true; callers not setting the input run unchanged. Refs #47
.tituskirch-skills.json declares docs.render: duxt, but the tree was still written under the portable contract. Drop the body H1 from every page, turn relative .md links into absolute doc paths, render the section indexes with ::page-cards, add duxt's icon (and navigation on the root index) frontmatter, and move the one blockquote alert to ::callout so it no longer renders with a literal [!IMPORTANT]. No prose is reworded. Refs #43
