Issues

• A null key throws ArgumentNullException with ParamName "(object?)key" instead of "key" in ContiguousMap, InsertionOrderMap and OrderedMap

• SpscRingBuffer(1024) allocates 2048 slots (Capacity 2047): the reserved empty slot is no longer needed since #131, so every power-of-two buffer is twice its size

• InsertionOrderCollection isn't an IList<T>, so LINQ Last()/ElementAt() walk all n elements (15 ms on 1M items, against 0.001 ms for ContiguousCollection)

• OrderedSet.UnionWith rebuilds the whole set on every call since #137: adding one element from a lazy sequence to a 1M set allocates ~4 MB, and a no-op union during foreach throws "Collection was modified"

• foreach over ContiguousCollection/ContiguousSet/ContiguousMap/RingBuffer is 3–4x slower than List/Dictionary and allocates every loop, because GetEnumerator is a boxed iterator method

• Adding a batch to an existing OrderedCollection/OrderedMap is O(n·m): 200k items into a 200k collection takes 2.4 s (OrderedMap 6.9 s) vs 27 ms to rebuild

• OrderedSet/OrderedMap have no Min/Max or positional access, so set.Last() walks all n elements (~2.4 ms on a 1M set) where SortedSet.Max is O(log n)

• ExceptWith / IntersectWith / SymmetricExceptWith on InsertionOrderSet and OrderedSet, and ContiguousSet.ExceptWith, are O(n·m): excepting 40k items from an 80k set takes 3–6 s

• SpscRingBuffer and DelayLine have no benchmarks, though the benchmarking plan requires one per container and marks coverage as complete

• OrderedMap/InsertionOrderMap.TryGetValue lose [MaybeNullWhen(false)] in the netstandard builds, so .NET Framework/Unity consumers get no null warning after a miss

• ContiguousMap.GetKeysSpan/GetValuesSpan allocate and copy the whole map on every call, making indexed loops O(n²)

• Evicting oldest-first from InsertionOrderMap/ContiguousMap is quadratic: emptying a 40k map takes ~3.6 s

• ContiguousMap.TryGetValue lacks [MaybeNullWhen(false)], so using value after a miss compiles with no warning and throws NullReferenceException
