Extract dataset/tool/skill refs from an app's current workflow draft and add endpoints to list the apps referencing a resource. Only apps the caller can read are returned, with a hiddenCount for the inaccessible referencing apps; app/dataset/skill list items also expose relatedAppCount, and a referenceScope (published/current) selects which ref source to query.
