chore: update ios-client-sdk to 11.3.0

Summary

Bumps the pinned LaunchDarkly ios-client-sdk SwiftPM dependency from 11.2.0 → 11.3.0 (latest within the current major 11.x; the project's upToNextMajorVersion floor of 11.0.0 is unchanged). Only Package.resolved changes:

ios-client-sdk: 11.2.0 -> 11.3.0

swift-eventsource stays at 3.3.0 (11.3.0's Package.swift still pins it to exactly 3.3.0).

• No deprecated-API usage found. AppDelegate.swift / ViewController.swift already use the current APIs (LDContextBuilder, LDConfig(mobileKey:autoEnvAttributes:), boolVariation(forKey:defaultValue:), observe).
• README needs no change (it references no SDK version; platform reqs unchanged).

Testing

Could not build/run: this is a macOS/Xcode app and no Xcode toolchain is available on the Linux build machine. Change is limited to the resolved dependency pin, verified against upstream tags and the 11.3.0 Package.swift.
