Center the title and introduction alongside the artwork in 12 project or package READMEs. Keep every executable code fence unchanged.

Pin the documentation build and publisher together to the merged shared site revision. Published pages gain compact app headings, neutral reading colors, aligned controls and full article width when the table of contents is empty. The source-guide parser now handles centered README headings.

Validation

Java/Scala documentation tests and Kotlin tests pass. The module title contract accepts artwork before the title and rejects an intentionally wrong title. Spotless passes.

GitHub rendering and unchanged code fences were checked against the base revision. Matching workflow pins and direct review-agent review pass.

The local actionlint version rejects the existing queue: max syntax on both the base and this branch. Its diagnostics are unchanged; all remaining workflow checks pass.

All GitHub checks pass at this revision, including the documentation build.

why: README titles and introductions should align with the existing
centered artwork in compatible package and repository renderers.

what:
- Center the project and module titles and introductions
- Check module identity in the first heading after the artwork
why: Published port trees need the compact app layout and neutral
reading colors from the merged documentation changes.

what:
- Pin the build and publisher to the same reviewed docs revision
- Include the centered README parser and empty-sidebar layout fixes
