why: Native Kotlin and Scala API pages and complete concepts belong in this library family's versioned documentation. what: - Pin the paired build and publisher to the reviewed docs revision. - Extract each language's API from the selected library source. verification: The docs implementation and examples are reviewed in libtmux/docs#62 and #63. The caller's docs build verifies source-bound extraction for every language in this repository before publication.

The documentation publisher includes native Kotlin and Scala API pages, native signatures and source links, plus complete concept programs with imports and setup. Build and publish use the same docs commit, preserving the source and publication contract.
Implementation: libtmux/docs#62 and libtmux/docs#63. Merge after those checks and this repository's docs build pass, and the exact publisher revision is approved in IAM.
