why: The pinned libtmux/docs commit's immutable-tag guard failed every release-version publish before writing anything. what: - Pin the build-script checkout and reusable-deploy.yml to libtmux/docs main, which fixes the guard (libtmux/docs#42)

Part of libtmux/docs#27. This repository pins libtmux/docs
1e459615, whose immutable-tag guard fails every release-version publish before anything is written (libtmux/docs#42). A release tag, or a release republished from libtmux/docs'spublish.yml, therefore cannot reach libtmux.org.This moves both pins to libtmux/docs
main(e5d07a35), which includes the fix: the build-script checkout andreusable-deploy.yml. This pull request's own preview build exercises the newer assembly before anything is published.
