The lua-vips rockspecs is currently restricted to lua<5.5.
The luaffi-tkl dependency seems to install and load fine on 5.5, but if I remove the 5.5 limit from the vips rockspec, loading the library results in a segfault.
See #105. What OS do you use? The tests run successfully on the CI pipeline and locally on my Linux machine (Ubuntu 26.04). I will do further tests before merging and would be happy to get your feedback.

@rolandlo Your PR works for me. I installed the rock in Arch on amd64 and tested the
thumbnailoperation.Thanks for the quick fix!
