docs: document Deep Research

Summary

• Add a user-facing Deep Research guide covering when to use it, starting and monitoring runs, research depths, source permissions, reports, and chart snapshots.
• Add Deep Research to the AI agents overview and documentation navigation.
• Use native Mermaid, Steps, Cards, callouts, and accordions instead of ASCII diagrams.

Loading

This replaces the outdated drafts in #1006 and #1027 with one guide aligned to the current implementation, including existing-thread starts, MCP support, removed time limits, and live chart refresh.

• node scripts/check-links.js
• node scripts/check-image-locations.js
• Parsed docs.json and ran git diff --check.
• Reviewed behavior against the merged Lightdash implementation and source PRs.
