Context

Once a provenance chain exists (T-F1), replaying it with a tweak is the natural next step instead of re-entering every param by hand.

Scope

• Endpoint that replays an asset's provenance chain (generation + registry ops), with an overridable param (e.g. a new seed, a different source image).

Acceptance criteria

"Regenerate with seed 42" reruns the whole chain and produces a comparable new asset.
