Remove the note about requiring nightly, and about requiring 1.99. The MSRV is set in Cargo.toml, and I'd rather not mention it in the documentation too since that will be an extra place to update in the future if the MSRV changes. Also remove a paragraph about wasm that may be less relevant now (see #62), and that use case is basically covered by the previous bullet point.
