GH-1: Validate assignment using the submitted commit and a real PR event - #2
Fork-only integration test for apache#53870. The base branch contains a focused pull_request_target workflow that checks out the exact PR commit 46154be, executes issue_check.js with the unmodified GitHub event context and real GitHub API, and asserts assignment and the bot comment. The GH-1 title refers to the existing fork PR #1 as an assignment target through the Issues API (issues are disabled on this fork). This test verifies the successful real-event path; rejected-assignment coverage is provided separately by the regression tests and the earlier controlled API test. This PR is only a test fixture and will not be merged.
