Update to clinical-microschemas v0.0.8 and fix test data slot names - #4

- Bump clinical-microschemas import from v0.0.5 to v0.0.8
- Update CompoundWeight001-004 instantiates from HumanBodyWeightRecord001-004 to AdultHumanBodyWeightRecord001/002 (v0.0.6+ rename)
- Add procedure_status, procedure_provenance, exposure_status, exposure_provenance to ClinicalMicroschemaEnum (new slots added in v0.0.8)
- Fix test data: method_type -> method, condition_concept -> condition_type, age_at_exposure_record -> age_at_drug_record, affected_body_site -> body_location
