[BUG] Wrong arch when fetching APKINDEX.tar.gz for aarch64 #415

Description

Current Behavior

Hi all, this is more a typo than a bug.

In Dockerfile.aarch64 WIREGUARD_RELEASE is populated with a version from http://dl-cdn.alpinelinux.org/alpine/v3.24/main/x86_64/APKINDEX.tar.gz. Shouldn't it be taken from http://dl-cdn.alpinelinux.org/alpine/v3.24/main/aarch64/APKINDEX.tar.gz?

This is done deliberately (you can see this behavior in all our arm64 dockerfiles), to catch the few times the arm64 and x86 indexes are out of sync. For builds that happen outside our build system, or local builds that does not set WIREGUARD_RELEASE variable at buildtime, this de-sync could result in different versions of the local artefacts.

I see. I thought it could possibly break builds if a misalignment happened between the architectures. Thanks for the clarification!
