Replaces Explorer’s Changefeed integration with the Livepeer.org changelog.
Changes:
- Removes the Changefeed page, API route, hook, types, and build token.
- Updates both “What’s New” menu links to the external changelog.
- Redirects

Removes the broken Changefeed integration (API route, /whats-new page, hook, type, build token) and points the "What's New" menu links at https://livepeer.org/changelog. /whats-new now redirects there.
