[Bug] Foxaholic novel covers fail to load on Browse and Search (Cloudflare 403) #2662

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open Foxaholic plugin in Browse or perform a search.
2. Complete Cloudflare Turnstile verification if prompted.
3. Observe that novel covers on the list fail to load and show default placeholder icons.

Expected Behavior

Novel cover images should load and display properly on the Browse and Search lists.

Actual Behavior

Novel cover images fail to load with HTTP 403 Forbidden. While novel details screen works (it uses downloadFile in OkHttp with shared WebView cookies), the Browse and Search lists use image loaders (Glide) that do not send Cloudflare clearance cookies. Furthermore, lazy-loaded image attributes fallback to placeholder dflazy.jpg.
