fix(english/beastnovels): list premium chapters as locked

Premium chapters (data-premium="1") were skipped, so the chapter list stopped at the last free chapter (189 of 405 for one novel). List them with a lock instead, like Asura Scans does, with a "Hide locked chapters" setting. Opening one (the site redirects to its login page) now says it's locked rather than returning an empty chapter.
