Summary

• Bypass Cloudflare 403 on novel cover images: Foxaholic (foxaholic.com) protects cover images with Cloudflare Managed Challenge. While novel details use OkHttp/WebView cookies, the Browse and Search screens rely on image loaders (Glide) without Cloudflare cookies and are blocked with HTTP 403 Forbidden.
• Added resolveCoverDataUri option to Madara template to resolve novel covers in popularNovels and searchNovels as Base64 Data URIs using fetchApi (which shares WebView cookies).
• Extracted and cleaned up repetitive cover extraction logic across parseNovels and parseNovel into a unified extractCover helper that handles lazy loading attributes (data-lazy-src, data-src, data-cfsrc, srcset, etc.) and discards placeholder images (dflazy.jpg).
• Bumped Foxaholic version code to 2.2.1.
