BUILD / USAGE

$ make -j
$ cd spldbm && make db && mv words.spldb ../splc
$ cd ../splc && splc ../dat/hello.spl
$ cd ../splrt && make build SPLC_OUTPUT=../splc/hello.c
$ cd ../splc && ./hello
