The Live Activity now colors the reading against the same low and high values as the chart and BG header, so TIR and TITR use 70-180 and 70-140 and Custom uses the user's lines. A reading exactly on a line counts as low or high, like in the header. Changing the range mode refreshes the Live Activity.

The Live Activity always colored the reading against the custom low and high lines, even when TIR or TITR was selected, so it could disagree with the chart and the BG header. It now uses the same range as the rest of the app: 70-180 for TIR, 70-140 for TITR, and the user's lines for Custom.
A reading exactly on the low or high line now counts as low or high, matching the header. Changing the range mode refreshes the Live Activity, and a change in range is enough to push an update even if the reading itself hasn't changed.
