…er queries)

Migrating the Rubin Schedule Viewer tutorial out of Commissioning/ and into Prompt/102_Schedule_preview/. Now split into two notebooks.

102.1 — Query the Rubin Schedule Viewer: the existing content (GUI, ObsLocTAP background, key columns, basic forecast and past-schedule queries).

102.2 — Advanced queries: new content covering the service's column selection, predicate filtering, and alternate response formats (CSV/VOTable/Parquet), plus a worked analysis of a night's schedule, and links to the prenight/multiprenight/nightsum scheduler reports.

The description of the LSSTCam visits database is good to keep as is, but the description of the other schedule viewer tutorial could be moved to the "related tutorials" section at the end.

Related tutorials: The other 100-level Schedule Viewer tutorial covers the service's more advanced query options (predicate filtering, column selection, and alternate response formats) and an analysis of a retrieved schedule. The 100-level commissioning tutorial on the LSSTCam visits database.

I would suggest keeping these as separate steps (different cells) and perhaps moving the local_noon/night_utc calculation to section 2.

Maybe print the date used as well, rather than "that night" since someone might change the date so it'd be nice to get that feedback. Same suggestion for section 5.

Reviewed both notebooks and added comments. One more thing, the schedule viewer map (https://usdf-rsp.slac.stanford.edu/obsloctap/skymap) links to the old tutorial in the top right. It might be good to make sure that link still works after migrating the tutorials in the documentation.

Approving since my comments were small :)
