Adds
CODE_OF_CONDUCT.mdat the repo root using the Contributor Covenant v2.1, as suggested in #90. The enforcement contact points at the maintainer (@lujax-dev) — happy to swap in a preferred email address if you'd rather not use GitHub as the contact channel.Also links it from
