Hi, I'm Mohana Sai Manem 👋

I build intelligent AI applications using LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, machine learning, and cloud technologies. My background combines 9 years of engineering experience in the energy industry with an M.S. in Data Analytics from Clark University and hands-on development across Generative AI, machine learning, conversational AI, and MLOps.

👨‍💻 Professional Background

Before moving deeper into AI and data science, I spent 9 years in power plant engineering and operations, progressing from Graduate Executive Trainee to Executive Engineer. This experience built a strong foundation in complex systems, operational decision-making, reliability, energy optimization, and real-world engineering problem solving.

I later completed my Master of Science in Data Analytics at Clark University, expanding that engineering foundation into machine learning, deep learning, NLP, data engineering, and Generative AI.

Today, I bring both perspectives together: engineering domain knowledge + data + AI.
