The marmelab.com Gatsby static URL returns 404 since the site moved to Astro. Reuse the local copy already added for the demo card in d761b1a.

Problem
The screenshot in the Broadcom Layer 7 API Hub section of the Demos page is broken. It points to a Gatsby static URL on marmelab.com that returns 404 since the site moved to Astro.
Solution
Use
./img/developer-portal.png, the local copy added in d761b1a for the demo card at the top of the page. That commit missed this second occurrence. It is the same source image (its md5 matches the hash in the old Gatsby URL).How to test
Open the Demos page and check that the Broadcom Layer 7 API Hub section shows the developer portal screenshot.
