With humanizer pinned by hand at 3.1.0 (younger than 14 days), the weekly update --min-age 14 picked the older 3.0.0 commit, saw different blobs and would have re-vendored it. A target that is an ancestor of the pin now reads as current. Tested: skills_vendor.py --self-test (red without the guard, green with it), outdated --min-age 14 on the real lock (humanizer current at 8039b2f), skills-vendor check, tests/self-tests.sh Cost: n/a (no measured figure in this cloud session) Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
