Cannot move files to different directories

I'm trying to move a file from the C drive on the desktop to another path.

It's not working.

Moving to the same drive works okay.

The current file is:
C:\Users\username\Desktop\powershell.ps1

To this path:
W:\Apps (Portable)\FreeCommanderXE\FavouriteToolbarTools\powershell.ps1
