Docs: the useMutation$ page says the stream stays open after its first value #244

What happens

The "Run mutations one after another" section of the useMutation$ page (gitbook/reactjrx/queries/react/usemutationusd.md:14) says:

A mutation settles on the first value its stream emits, so the next one starts then, even if the stream stays open.

But useMutation$ takes the first value with take(1) (src/lib/queries/useMutation$.ts:59), and take(1) unsubscribes the stream. So work after the first value stops. For example, an upload that emits a progress value first stops at that value.

I wrote this sentence in #219.

Fix

Say that the mutation settles on the first value and stops the stream there.
