Biome 2.6 adds two things that fail `npm run check`: - `noComponentHookFactories`, a new recommended rule, flags the 88 components defined inside a test body or a test helper. A test body runs once, so its components keep their identity for the whole test. The rule is off for test files only. - It formats Markdown and YAML. GitBook writes `gitbook/` in its own Markdown and pushes it straight to `main`, where the release job runs `npm run check`, so `gitbook/` is left out. `dependabot.yml` takes Biome's double quotes. The `typescript` 7 package has no stable JavaScript compiler API, and vite-plugin-dts needs one to write the type declarations. Its fallback is `@typescript/typescript6`, the TypeScript 6 API published by the TypeScript team, now a dev dependency. `tsc` type-checks with TypeScript 7. The type declarations are byte-identical to the TypeScript 6 build. Drop `@typescript/typescript6` once vite-plugin-dts reads the TypeScript 7 API.
