Widens the `Zarr` compat to `0.9, 0.10, 0.11`. The package uses `ZArray`, `zcreate` and `zname`, which Zarr 0.11 still re-exports, so no code change is needed. The version goes to 0.3.5. The test suite passes locally against Zarr 0.11.1 (Julia 1.13). Co-authored-by: Claude 🤖 <noreply@anthropic.com>
