Releases the Windows fixes (#641, #642), the hook deadline and embed schema fix (#649), and the hand-back retry fix (#648).

memgraph-toolbox stays at 0.2.2: its only change since the last release is typing casts in mcp_prompt.py, with no behavior change. Nothing else in the family has changed. #647 is still open and is not in this release.

What's in it

• Antigravity CLI on Windows (context-graph: quote Antigravity CLI hook commands for cmd.exe on Windows #641): hook commands are quoted for cmd.exe, so tool calls are no longer aborted.
• Claude Code on Windows (context-graph: resolve Windows Claude Code project slugs from the drive root #642): project folder slugs resolve from the drive root, so project memories are listed at session start.
• Hook deadline (context-graph: embed skips schema setup and hooks stop at their own deadline #649, memgraph-context-graph): a hook blocked on Memgraph logs a HookDeadline failure, prints the runtime's plain response and exits 0 at --deadline (25 s by default), before the runtime kills it unlogged. hooks init --timeout writes a matching deadline.
• Embed schema (context-graph: embed skips schema setup and hooks stop at their own deadline #649, sessions-graph): embed no longer runs schema setup on every turn, and reconcile, ontology and derive retry their setup on TransientError.
• Hand-back retries (context-graph: preserve memory settings and exports across hand-back retries #648): memory settings and exports are preserved across hand-back retries.

Floors

The hub's install floors rise so update brings in both fixes:

Release order

1. Merge this PR.
2. Dispatch release-memgraph-context-graph.yaml, then release-sessions-graph.yaml.
3. A follow-up PR, once both are on PyPI, raises the floors in the plugins' bootstrap.sh, install.sh and install.ps1, adds --deadline 1.5 to the Codex plugin's 3 s SessionEnd hook, and bumps both plugin manifests and marketplace.json to 0.5.6.
4. Cut the GitHub release.

Checked

ruff is clean. The 73 tests covering setup, connectors and plugin hooks pass. Both fixes were tested in their own PRs.
