Explanation
The title "feat: add Seeed Wio Tracker L1 Pro 1W bootloader support" matches the main change. The PR adds a new bootloader board,
wio_tracker_l1_pro_1w, with its board files, BLE nameWTLP_DFU, and pin and USB configuration. The supporting edits to README, changelog, bug report template, and AGENTS.md follow from that addition. The title names the board and the feature, so it is specific and accurate.

A rabbit checks the board’s new name,
Then hops through settings, all the same.
The LEDs blink, the buttons rest,
The bootloader knows this board the best.
“WTLP_DFU!” it thumps with glee,
Then bounds away beneath a tree.

- Line 143: Update the branch-protection statement in AGENTS.md to make clear
that the new board’s build check is still a pending follow-up and is not yet
required for merges, unless branch protection has already been updated to
require it. Avoid claiming that all 21 checks are currently enforced.

Pin-identical to wio_tracker_l1 for everything the bootloader drives, and keeps the stock 0x2886:0x1667 USB IDs so bootloader self-update over UF2 is accepted. Its own Board-ID and OTA DFU name (WTLP_DFU) keep it distinct from the plain L1 on the UF2 drive. Closes #65
