docs: describe the 2.6.0 bootloader as it works now - #93
The docs described OTAFIX 2.5 or older in places and the 2.6.0 changes lived only in the changelog, so a user on master or the next release had no one page for what the bootloader does now. This brings README, CONTRIBUTING, AGENTS, SECURITY and docs/oldsettings.md in line with the source at master: the UF2 drive routing with no application, the first-block invalidate, the wrong-SoftDevice reject, the bootloader self-update check and the USB IDs boards share, the 6-minute inactivity boot, the Last-Fault: line, the DFU screen titles and progress bar, and the BLE OTA retry and flash-timeout fixes. The bug report board dropdown gains the six boards it was missing. Docs only, no code change.
Every relative link and anchor was checked against the tree and every external URL returned 200. Stated by reading, not run on hardware: the serial-only DFU inactivity exit, and the wrong-SoftDevice check under macOS and Windows copy order (the README says so where it matters).

New Features
Added Heltec, MuziWorks, Meshtastic Generic, and RAK board options to the bug report form.
Documentation
Updated supported-board, installation, recovery, troubleshooting, and DFU guidance, including information for the unreleased 2.6.0 version.
Clarified board setup requirements and verified toolchain guidance.
Updated security reporting instructions and identified older settings as applicable only to bootloaders before OTAFIX 2.0.
The README, CONTRIBUTING, AGENTS and SECURITY pages described OTAFIX 2.5
or older in places, and the 2.6.0 changes were scattered across the
changelog. Users need one accurate page for the UF2 drive routing with
no application, the first-block invalidate, the wrong-SoftDevice reject,
the bootloader self-update checks and shared USB IDs, the 6-minute
inactivity boot, the fault record line, the DFU screen titles and
progress bar, and the BLE OTA retry and flash-timeout fixes.
README: board table with BOARD= name, SoftDevice and DFU screen; the
UF2 drive, entering UF2 mode and updating the bootloader as their own
sections; a DFU screens section using the OLED renders already in docs/;
troubleshooting entries for a dropped or stuck BLE OTA and WRONG FILE;
the single-button note updated for 2.6.0.
CONTRIBUTING: the board options a board.h can set, the four lists a new
board must be added to, and the required-checks note. AGENTS: the cable
routing, inactivity timer and dfu_activity() contract, fault record
region, pstorage retry and BLE session reset as flat architecture facts.
SECURITY: direct advisory link. docs/oldsettings.md marked historical.
The bug report board dropdown gains the six boards it was missing.

Explanation
The title "docs: describe the 2.6.0 bootloader as it works now" matches the main change. The PR updates README, CONTRIBUTING, AGENTS, SECURITY, and docs/oldsettings.md to document the bootloader behavior on master, which the title names. It is docs-only. The title does not mention the bug-report board dropdown additions, which are a minor part of the change set.
