The Data App section now matches Metabase after metabase/metabase#85183 and #85246:
mbCLI and moved with remote sync;data-appscollection to its rules on every write — API, CLI, or a load — instead of a pull checking the files first. That includes the new rule that a question reads only tables published to the Library and Library metrics.Spec text only; the example app still fits. The same text goes into agent-skills' bundled copy in metabase/agent-skills#60.
