Replaces the local component with the shared one added in ui-patterns 0.3.0, which renders a click-to-play facade (thumbnail plus play button) instead of loading the YouTube player eagerly. The welcome-video-alt string was already the iframe title, so it maps to the new title prop. Updates @microbit/ui to 0.2.2 alongside and recompiles the message catalogs to pick up the new ui-patterns strings.
