Updates only the fast-uri resolution in pnpm-lock.yaml (3.1.3 -> 3.1.9), which is a transitive dependency via ajv@8.20.0. No package.json, override, or code changes. Co-authored-by: Copilot App <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>

Summary
Bumps the transitive dependency
fast-urifrom 3.1.3 → 3.1.9 inpnpm-lock.yamlto resolve the open fast-uri Dependabot security alerts (SSRF, host confusion, authority injection, etc.). All of them are fixed in 3.1.9.fast-uriis pulled in throughajv@8.20.0(used by@modelcontextprotocol/sdkandajv-formats). 3.1.9 is within ajv's^3.xrange and the existingfast-uri: ^3.1.2override, so no other changes are needed.Scope
