TPC specifies that a Power Test runs Stream 0 which is NOT q1,q2,q3,q4, etc. It has a custom order: q96,q7,q75,q44, et.
This PR addresses that gap and stores all stream sequences which will enable concurrent execution benchmarks (throughput tests).
Additionally, this corrects Power Test as an alias for a query test that does NOT include loading the data as part of the measured result.
